JobPath Versus Human Rights

universal-declaration-human-rights

UnitedPeople is committed to opposing JobPath and what it's currently doing. However, it is only one form of a ever changing setup demanded by a triple financial consortium (Troika), to which Fianna Fail and the Green Party signed up to in a "Memorandum of Understanding" - to which Fine Gael and the Irish Labour Party then further illegal shoved down the throats of an Irish nation.

We have previously (and continue to do so) exposed HERE how in Irish tort, criminal and data laws the whole setup and the agenda behind it is not only immoral but also illegal.

On this page, we are further exposing how in fact it's also a violation in many case of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Of course, you can expect the usual associated instigators of it, to try denying what we will state below. Therefore we ask that you read on with an open mind and judge for yourself. Much of what you will be read will be kept as short as possible - for it's indeed possible to vastly expand on any section - but we don't wish to have you reading for days on end.

JobPath Further Exposed.

How is JobPath possibly violating an international human rights treaty and the political parties know - and let it continue? Here's a few points to ponder over...

Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Well, not if you are trapped in JobPath by the Fine Gael and Labour introduced pressganging methods!

Article 4: No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Someone forgot to tell elected and the operators of JobPath, the state hired companies massive profiting out of others misery at the taxpayers expense!

Article 5: No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

The victims statements already collected and sample handed into the Dail by UnitedPeople THREE times to ALL TD's, speaks for themselves on that one!

Article 6: Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Nope. Not in JobPath. For a start, you are found guilty - and punished  - before you have a decent chance to prove you are innocent and before you gain any "fair procedure" to have your say in front of those slandering you by a private company and/or the Department of Social Protection. No fair justice here at all. Access denied to a 'natural course of justice' as supposed guaranteed in the Irish constitution and statue laws?

Article 7: All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

In fact, with Seetec, one of the private companies, they class you into one of three coloured classes - then they treat you all differently. What? No one told you this? Then we have the issue of some people being told they cannot mix or associate with others - which brings up a later legal right what you will discover, is being also denied to JobPath victims.

Article 8: Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.

Hundreds have gone on record of this not happening at all to them. Those we have on record are by far, a mere scratch of the surface.

Article 9: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Just try leaving JobPath? You are screwed. You will be threatened, bullied, coerced by financial threats and more. You are detained for a year till you serve your sentence for being guilty of being unemployed.

Article 12: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

JobPath has broken EVERY ONE of these repeatedly on a daily basis since the racket started. Both the political parties involved and the private companies involved are up for charge - or should be - for these violations. Again, the many victim statements speak for themselves.

Article 13: 1. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State. 2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Nope - not while you are pressganged by the Department of Social Protection. Your freedom of moment is restricted. You must turn up when they say, to a location or else they will punish you - very often as victims have exposed - before you even get an chance to defend yourself. Both the state and the private companies have told people not to even dare leaving their county, never mind country. If they do, they will be punished!

Article 16 - 3. The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

Nope - not while trapped in JobPath. The Department of Social Protection and the private companies have consistently interfered with family units in Ireland, their ability to better live in Irish society. They have massively interfered within the lives of people trying to maintain their part-time work positions, attend meetings elsewhere, use other services, attend health check-ups, drop their children off at school or pick them up - and much, much more... So much for a right to a degree of self-determination as aimed for in the Irish constitution.

Article 17 - 2: No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

If that also means trying to hold on to your rented living accommodation or trying to pay a mortgage while the JobPath racket has wrongly and illegally taken money off you - so that you then risk or actually do, lose the roof over your head - then that violation too could be down to JobPath. Just ask Gerry Tobin.

Article 18: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion...

Nope - stuff that if you are in JobPath! People have been order by the private companies involved in JobPath, to take down their social media posts and blogs for daring to show the companies in a bad light. We are taking about everything wrote above board, no one in particular slandered, etc. Just overall criticisms about how trapped were treated, were left up the creek regarding money/services and how they were bullied to the point of mental break down. They were not allowed to try expose this and ordered to remove their exposing posts - or else they 'would be financially cut off' came the threats!

Article 19: Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Firstly, re-read the previous follow-up text connected to Article 18 - then also take into account that the trapped in JobPath have been further told they are/were not allowed to go elsewhere to gain help regarding Job finding services such as other local Job clubs and organisations. Here too, the victims statements speak for themselves.

Article 20 - 1: Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. 2: No one may be compelled to belong to an association.

Where do we start with this one! Victims have been stopped from assembling. They have been stopped from being allowed to associate with others trapped in the JobPath racket. In a number of cases, they have been told to do their ordered attendance within a room of their own and was not allowed to talk or assemble with others also there. There were people that were NOT trouble makers but people with legal knowledge that could have been shared to other victims also present on the day. The JobPath companies involved didn't want that info sharing to happen - so people were room segregated. In some cases, isolated away on their own.

No one may be compelled to belong to an association? Tell that to the Irish government who using CLEAR PRINT THREAT dictates people to go to the private companies - or else!!! If the victims don't, their financial 'nuts' will be cut off. Financial blackmail or coercion? You decide.

Article 22: Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.

So you are entitled to social security along with rights regarding indispensable for ones dignity and the free development of personality. Someone pass that information on to the executors of JobPath and those backing it please? Victims of all ages up to pension age have had their dignity stripped from them brutally by JobPath operators. Dare they show any personality that questions what the state or the private companies are doing to them and many others, each comes down on them like a ton of bricks. The victim statements collected right across the country already speak for themselves.

Article 23 -1: Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work...

Again, trapped in JobPath, you are told to take a job even if it leaves you financially far worse off, completely interferes with your family life, your medical issues or the care of your children. Victims have been forced OUT of part-time work due to JobPath threats and further pressganging going on. Victims have been forced by the state and private companies into "economic duress" - something that is very illegal to do. They have been forced to terrible conditions of work in some reported cases.

Article 25 -1: Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control. 2: Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Long victim statements short, JobPath violates all the above. It, via its backers, consistently interferes with all the above. The far too many victim statements from right around the country, speak for themselves.

Article 26 - 1. Everyone has the right to education.

JobPath repeatedly has been exposed to be stopping genuine people, trade and other professional people, from taking up genuine forms of outside, recognised college, formal education. Education we also add, that would have far enhanced their employment prospects.

Have NO doubts about the following.

1. The above will be denied by the political parties involved. An admission of guilt or what they helped bring in, has been and still is, violating many laws? No. Can't be having that! There will be denials or what more they do know. They will also stay completely silent about the whole matter.

2. The writer of this item will be even more attacked online. He's used to it. When they cannot kill the truth, they try attack the messenger. So much for protection towards "whistle-blowers" in Ireland?

3. It's highly unlikely RTE will expose 95% of what is going on in the whole racket. Local media in towns right around Ireland are also consistently failing to report abuses happening right under their noses.

4. Will there be genuine state or Garda full investigations? Not a hope in hell! Ask Damien Fagan who was physical assaulted, had the recorded evidence and what outcome he gained! His victim story massively exposes tons that Dail and local elected want the nation of Ireland to remain unaware of.

5. It's VERY important to note that JobPath (run by state hired illegal acting companies) and government departments also doing pressganging and forcing people to sign agreements/contracts they actually have the legal right NOT to sign (think also about Irish Water documents), are also violating much of the above sections of an international recognised human rights treaty. They do this through JobPath - but just as much, if not more, through other state setups operating in similar threat and pressganging fashion.
